胡杨雌花离体培养中的不定根诱导和植株再生体系的建立

摘 要:

正交实验的方差和极差分析表明, 胡杨雌花诱导的愈伤组织和芽的效果明显优于雄花; 雌花诱导愈伤组织的最适培养基是B5添加1.0 mg·L-1 6-BA和1.0 mg·L-1 NAA, 诱导芽的最适培养基为MS+0.5 mg·L-1 6-BA+0.2 mg·L-1 NAA, 诱导根的最适培养基为1/2MS+0.5 mg·L-1 IBA

Plant Regeneration and Adventitious Root Induction in vitro from Female Flower of Populus euphratica Oliv.

Abstract:

The orthogonal design exhibited the greatest impact factor for callus and buds induction of inflorescence types, and the results showed female inflorescence is better than male inflorescence. The optimum medium for callus induction of female inflorescence is B5+1.0 mg·L-1 6-BA+1.0 mg·L-1 NAA. The optimum medium of buds induced is MS+0.5 mg·L-1 6-BA+0.2 mg·L-1 NAA, and 1/2MS+IBA 0.5 mg·L-1 for root induction.
