摘 要:
正交实验的方差和极差分析表明, 胡杨雌花诱导的愈伤组织和芽的效果明显优于雄花; 雌花诱导愈伤组织的最适培养基是B5添加1.0 mg·L-1 6-BA和1.0 mg·L-1 NAA, 诱导芽的最适培养基为MS+0.5 mg·L-1 6-BA+0.2 mg·L-1 NAA, 诱导根的最适培养基为1/2MS+0.5 mg·L-1 IBA关键词:胡杨; 雌花; 离体; 愈伤组织; 不定根

Abstract:
The orthogonal design exhibited the greatest impact factor for callus and buds induction of inflorescence types, and the results showed female inflorescence is better than male inflorescence. The optimum medium for callus induction of female inflorescence is B5+1.0 mg·L-1 6-BA+1.0 mg·L-1 NAA. The optimum medium of buds induced is MS+0.5 mg·L-1 6-BA+0.2 mg·L-1 NAA, and 1/2MS+IBA 0.5 mg·L-1 for root induction.Key words: Populus euphratica Oliv.; female flower; in vitro; callus; adventitious root
